Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Jesus Christ The King Church emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.
JECKI CHURCH is a registered church by the Government of Kenya on 8th May,2017 and allowed to carry its mandate in the country and beyond with a vision to facilitate and establish a society transformed by a Gospel preached with dignity in the world. Jecki Church was first established in Bondo Town in Siaya County on 10th December 2016. It exists to improve the physical environment of structures (Churches, Schools and Health Centers), Support of community families, empower vulnerable women in the church, care for the elderly, and establish worship centers for the sake of having good moral and Christ-like community. Because idleness in the minds of youths and young adults has led them to immoral acts like robbery with violence, Drug Abuse, Child abuse, child labor and teenage pregnancies. This has reduced the strength and opportunities of the able community to a den of destruction without hope and future. Christ can restore the image of this community by your help and support. All this being done for better livelihood. To improve on this Jecki has also partnered with the government, international religious bodies as well as the community in various activities like free medical camps, computer training for vulnerable youths, the elderly and the marginalized within the community among other social activities. This gave rise to a need to reach more with such assistance and support within the larger community.
